The Altham is renting, done properly. Every studio comes part furnished and kitted out with Bosch appliances and a rainfall shower, and your rent covers utilities, superfast Wi-Fi, and access to the communal spaces. No separate bills, no faff. Downstairs, there are three floors of co-working, with call booths, lounges, and bookable meeting rooms, plus a gym for when you need to switch off. There's 24/7 concierge support on hand, and yes, pets are welcome too. You're right by the Victoria Line and Overground, so Oxford Circus is under 20 minutes away, and Walthamstow Village, the Wetlands, and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are all on your doorstep.

It is only okay. The place needs better cafes and restaurants. It also needs to be cleaned, more plants and better traffic control. The tube station needs a facelift.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah pretty quickly. Hard to fault. Nice people working in building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think more events were promised, so I think this is a bad thing.

Lovely modern design. Everyone thst walks in says "wow this is nice". Gym is decent although some equipment is a little bad but they have gradually been upgrading it over the years so the core is good now. Good squat rack, cable machine, running machines, benches and yoga room. Dumbbells, rowing machines and bike machines could be better. Cinema is very good as is laundry room. Also coworking space and library are great. Overrall I think its very good .

There is a grocery shop just next door with lots of stuff in it which is great. Train station is very close as is the town centre. Grest location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly and do make an effort. Theres an app for maintenance stuff.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are some friendly people here if you were hoping for a more communal space. Noise isn't too bad although does depend on your neighbours. If they are bad you can call reception at night and they can help you. There is a quiet hours policy.

Plenty of businesses around, like supermarkets, restaurants and other needed businesses. Across the street from Blackhorse Road station which makes commuting so easy.

Extremely quick response and issue always resolved within 1 day.

The development itself has been a great place to live. The studio is well-designed and makes efficient use of space, with a modern finish throughout. Building facilities are excellent and well-maintained, and communal areas always feel clean and cared for. Property management has been responsive and easy to reach whenever I've needed anything, and building management runs smoothly with no recurring issues. Overall it offers strong value for the quality, location, and facilities on offer. Genuinely excellent place to live.

The Altham is a great spot , Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line + Overground) makes commuting into central London quick and easy. The area has a good mix of independent cafés, and easy access to Walthamstow Wetlands and the Mall for bigger shops. The street itself feels safe and well-kept, with no issues with noise, parking, or bin collections that I've noticed. It's a well-connected, up-and-coming part of London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very fast and with accurate information

Really well designed and great layout. The gym is a little basic but has everything you need. Cinema is a great touch. The laundry facilities are a little limited in terms of number. The outside areas are lovely. The management seems to work well. Issues are dealt with quickly and the staff are really nice. The breakfast offerings and Friday night socials are great. I have a baby and they treat her so well, and they are lovely with animals too. I like the ability to host people in the shared areas.

Guildford is a great town. It's got everything you need, great bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as beautiful nature. I love it.

Very well. They have responded quickly and the maintenance guys are great

Temperature in the apartments is so hot. Invest in a decent fan
