Short but sweet stay

I have only stayed here for short period but the one issue I had with house was resolved quickly. It is extremely easy to report issues and communicate with agency any time required. The house is a good size with more than adequate space in the master bedroom. The garden is suitable as well and gets sun all day long!
I feel the development is tucked in the corner and is nice and quiet due to this.
Property management is extremely easy to deal with.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Whilst I don’t require the use, very good public transport links with train station a stones throw away and a bus station within a short walk.
Various stores local with a convenience store a very short walk.
Parking is available for each house but no community parking which results in cars parked in street often and sometimes dangerously on corners.
Traffic noise is very low considering proximity to railway and M53.
Not much anti social behaviour but neighbours smoke cannabis so often strong smell which isn’t pleasant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known how difficult it was to get taxis in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Was extremely easy to report issue and when I did I had constant communication from the management. Issue was resolved suitably.

Affordable family development.

The different types of houses each have their own pros and cons. The designs are all lovely looking aesthetically and give a modern look to the area.
The facilities within and around the development are ideal, its not far from the city centre and bus routes run frequently. The houses are well priced so can come with slight issues. The walls are not as thick as desired on the semi-detached houses, however the detached homes are a lot quieter. Garden sizes vary and although each home has a garden, the ground needs working as there is a lot of rubble and “leftover” building work under the soil (in our situation anyway). Overall the development is worth the cost and is very homely.

Opposite a string of small shops, good bus routes to the city and only a 15 minute drive. Primary school close by as well as a doctors surgery and pharmacy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Work the Garden if you wish to plant out there.
Make sure you check the driveway space if you have multiple cars as some homes struggle to fit more than 1.
Work out how much storage space you require as a garage has been vital for us!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After first moving in, almost 4 years ago, repairs were carried out quickly however some were reoccurring so it took longer for them to be sorted. We no longer go through the building management for repairs as have not had any for a couple of years.

Amazing property management

The property in Norris green was brilliant with two very big bedrooms in this 2 bedroom semi detached it was the perfect size for our family, the facilities in this property were second to none with a brand new upstairs bathroom thoroughly cleaned and looking brand new, a kitchen that looked like every appliance in there was brand new and lounge and garden area that was amazing for relaxing with the family

The property management was brilliant with how they took care of everything from when we walked into our new home we could tell that it had been given a massive clean as it was spotless and really made it easier walking through our new home

The area in Norris green is very inspiring with local football grounds nearby for the children.

The local area has a good shopping square that is less than 10 minutes away from the area that is very useful for everyday needs

The local restaurants are lovely as well with a number of takeaways in the area

The local transport is brilliant with a local bus stop that can take you into Liverpool town in 30 minutes

The area of Norris green is nice but surround areas was abit less done up then the area we lived in

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The parking situation outside the property was a little cramped only enough space really for one car

Great development. 10/10 would recommend

Love our house. New build, everything just works well. Rooms are big enough. Shower works great.
Our garden is a bit small, but the house is great in all other aspects.

The development aesthetic is lovely, and the area really looks good and feels really safe. The inner parks are nice and well kept.

Very impressed with the development as a whole.

Love the area. Close walking path near fields to take the dogs walking. Minimal traffic noise. Lovely area all and all.

Garden doesnt drain well. The continuous rain is turning the garden into a swamp…
