Dalston Works features a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of Dalston. Each home benefits from a private balcony, Conran furnished interiors, resident only roof terraces, free super-fast WIFI and spacious layouts. All apartments come complete with white goods, including a washing machine and dishwasher. An on-site Concierge team are always there to accept deliveries and help with the maintenance. By the reception desk residents also have access to a secure underground bike storage facility. Access to reception, the apartments and internal the internal courtyard is by key card. Dalston Works is within a 7 minute walk from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction Overground stations. As well as this, Hackney Downs station is just a little further on.

Great area, close to lots of coffee shops, well connected, good pubs, community feel, lots of good amenities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well, when the rent renewal is coming up. We’ve had issues with our intercom for over a year. Flagged them at the start of our contract but weren’t resolved until a month before our rent renewal

The fact you might be without hot water for a few weeks

For someone my age 20-30s, Dalston is a great area. Good connections to the city, access to the overground, plenty of bars and restaurants. A quick walk to London Fields.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Í haven’t had any issues as of yet, but building management is always helpful and ready to answer any questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None, it’s apparent as soon as you walk in how well kept properties are and how careful managers are

The local area is great! A lot of choices for groceries with multiple supermarkets and Ridley Road market. The area is very diverse and has loads of bars and cafes to choose from. Connection wise is also good with 3 overground lines within 10min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The people working in the building are very friendly and will help with anything. I haven’t had any issues raised with management yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wished I had know is the ability to change the heater provider. It was not clear from the beginning.

We have just moved in but really happy with the area, it has everything you need from shops restaurants bars it’s very accessible to everything

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, luckily we haven’t had many issues but easy to log.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really I had to move in very quickly and was apprehensive about moving my stuff in but the team made it easy for us

Dalston has a strong mix of local amenities, including supermarkets, independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, all within easy walking distance. There are good nearby green spaces such as London Fields and Hackney Downs, which are easy to reach. Public transport is very accessible, with Overground stations close by and frequent bus services. While services can become crowded during rush hour and traffic is busy at times, overall transport links are reliable and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has responded to all the issues we have raised throughout my 2 year stay with them. We have an app were I can log everything in seconds

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the area is quite lively, especially in the evenings and on weekends, which brings energy but also some background noise for example noise from Riddley Market
