Very well stocked Spar which is so handy, hotel less than 10mins walk which has bar and good quality food. Lots of open spaces, 3 parks for kids plus football pitch. Now that bus service is in place links to town are even easier

Please review your development:

Dykes of Gray is a lovely semi-rural development less than 10mins by car into the centre of Dundee. It is very much a community with neighbours supporting one another through the development facebook group. Thought about moving to be closer to work but decided against it as what I have here is perfect.

Convenient location, but you would need to own a car due to a lack of safe walking routes and public transport. The residents group are putting in a lot of effort with the city council to get this resolved.

Please review your development:

Sales process was very straightforward and friendly staff. Easy to make design choices and lots to see in the show homes. The homes are well-built with good communication at the beginning to resolve any issues. Design is clean, with plenty of green areas. Local shop is well-stocked and very friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very quiet on the estate, even with lots of kids and increasing traffic.

What is the best feature of your home:

Convenient location: next to main links to Perth and Aberdeen, but also near parks, woods and countryside.

Fantastic local shop which does a lot for the community as a whole. Closed facebook groups make it a great community where we can share concerns/ask questions/seek out local contractors etc

Please review your development:

Beautiful development – lovely green areas, parks and shop. Lay out of development makes it unsual and doesnt feel like you are in a huge development. Very much a feeling of community. Facilities management contacts are easy to get hold of and deal with any issues promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Use the facebook closed groups to find out local trades in the development

What is the best feature of your home:

The fact that I was able to design my kitchen, all my tiling, my wall colours.
