Personal and Luxury touch, combined.

Skyline central 2 has the personal and luxury touch combined. Expect a great welcome by concierge each morning and evening while passing through reception. The apartments are a great size and well though out open plan layouts with the best balcony views over Manchester (Especially the co-op building side). Optional secure underground parking, 24 hour parcel service, on site Gym, rooftop pool, Sauna and jacuzzi are just sins of the added bonuses to living here. The location is just outside the center of the inner city, making it quieter than the riots and crowds that are 5 minutes walk away. Any maintenance problems can be reported directly to the lovely staff running the building at reception. With problems usually being resolved with 24 hours without question.

Being on the edge of town, living here is quiet. There is a co op across the road for local supplies, or the large Arndale centre just 5 minutes walk away. The northern quarter region is crammed with bars and restaurants and comedy clubs too, very convenient. Piccadilly station is a short walk away with frequent direct trains to Manchester Airport. Great for travelling businessmen or frequent holiday makers.

I was told that there would be a communal area for people to work on laptops, have meetings and possible get hot drinks from a machine. I was looking forward to this addition, but nothing came of it.

Amazing facilities such as the pool, gym, balcony and 24 hour concierge! The concierge is very friendly and accommodating. Great big windows too so can get an amazing view of the city! Furniture is of high quality and colour co-ordinated through/out the flat.

Really close to loads of bars and convenience stores and super close to transport links and city centre

That the property wasn’t completely ready for us to move In as needs painting.

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony as it is glass so therefore looks nice and doesn’t restrict your view.

A stunning apartment in Manchester City

The property is managed by a well committed team who care about the buildings and the tenants in them. Quick to resolve any issues at anytime.
Whilst the building is very modern it could do with a little bit of an updated design. The leisure centre is very well equipped and up to date.

The building is a few minutes walk to into the Arndale shopping centre, Piccadilly Gardens, a short walk to Northern Qtr which boasts some greats pubs & restaurants. Easy access to travel links.

The layout of the apartment next to the other apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

The apartments are good size, the view and the gym

Really nice apartments, tastefully furnished and easy to add your own finishing touches to, but nice without this too. It has very helpful and kind concierge staff who are friendly and know a lot of tenants well. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are 10/10, it is a great way to unwind and keep stress levels down.

This area is really good for commuting out of Manchester with little traffic, it is great for being within walking distance from the best bars and restaurants in Manchester

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It isn’t guaranteed to have a parking space and it can be difficult to park in. Also I wouldn’t recommend parking nearby outside as there’s always break ins

The balcony which has a table and chairs and views of the city centre, Peak District and sunset

The design and facilities are top notch and the building is stylish and modern in all respects. The building is well managed with great staff on hand to help at all times. The flat is beautiful with great views of the city from all sides and situated close to many amenities.

This building just need a common erea such as the cinema to be perfect.
Furthermore , we need a personal trainer at the gym to advice people to use the equipment properly and in addition, a life guard to watch over the people who are swimming.
Finally, the staff of the building can ask to clean the apartments once a week.

The building is near the mall , Victoria train station But my apartment’ve got a very bad view

We can release the door from my apartment so I don’t need to go downstair . The concierge is so friendly so I’m not frustrated to ask something to them

What is the best feature of your home:

The Terrace is not much tiny, even if the view is not great , I can chill outside

Review of Skyline II

Really good clean flats modern and well designed. Concierge always so friendly and helpful and mail system is very useful as will never miss mail. Pool is excellent, gym could have more equipment but it’s fine for its size. Building in a great location and easy access to everything.

Lots of things to do, many restaurants, lots of supermarkets,gyms,etc

An instruction manual for white goods such as washing machine

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

perhaps more equipment in the gym but apart from that it’s great

Design is great!
Facilities are really good, again, the gym is a bit bare and quite small so it’s a shame. But other than that concierge are great, and all in all amazing! The pool looks amazing and the view is gorgeous! Property management was great!

Really love the location, so close to everything, nq, city centre. Upstairs gym is small but other than that it’s perfect! Slight shame about all the road works and building work but can’t control this

Manuals regarding fridge / washing machine

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Slightly higher up, crane outside so development, and possibly small issues due to drainage

Love the design and the spaciousness of the appartment! Also love the pool, so clean and never too many people in there! If we ever have a problem. Concierge are great and sort it very quickly. It’s always very clean and tidy! Nothing bad to say. Love living here.

Facilities fantastic including rooftop pool, gym, sauna and steam room, all very luxurious. Apartments clean, modern and comfortable with many balconies offering views of the city centre and the Etihad stadium. Best of all the staff including Harinder in management and all the concierge staff on reception, all very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location within minutes of the Northern Quarter, one of the best places in Manchester for independent bars and restaurants. Trains and trams within 5-10 minutes walking and a 10 minute walk from Deansgate; the centre of Manchester, featuring over 100 bars and restaurants. Just distant enough to avoid the noise and traffic of the city centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Anything about upcoming building work/repairs in the area that could cause noise.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Make better use of the outdoor space, clear blue water features around the building and more visually impressive to match the interior. E.g more plants and other trees to create privacy separate the entrance areas from the city centre. Luxurious, private garden for residents. Reception area also a bit bland.

– Amazing management, Harinder is always very easy to contact about anything.
– Concierge is always super friendly
– Great swimming pool, never too busy
– Lovely jacuzzi
– Gym is good, but very basic equiptment

– Only 5 minute walk from Arndale
– I love walking in and out of town – I no longer need to make a day trip out of it
– Comedy store 3 minutes away (Frog and bucket)
– I take victoria train to work which is only 10-15 minute downhill walk away. Very good transport network

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

– Although jacuzzi and swimming pool are both amazing, the gym could be a bit better. Its very basic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy to arrange. You just let the concierge know and they will tell the maintenance team the problem whom will then sort it out. Super super easy.
