Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Only a 5 minute drive into Bolton town centre where there are lots of shops and pubs and restaurants and entertainment facilities. Just down the road from the motorway for good connections everywhere. Frequent bus services on the main road. The street is nice and quiet and each house has two parking spaces. Considering it’s not far from the main road you can’t hear any traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were out to the house within the week to sort any issues out

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very good walking areas around nearby which I wasn’t aware of before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Only one local shop Bus stop is very close and transport is very good. Very good and clean area and a very quite area. Area is very safe and your cars will remain undamaged.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just had to call up and would be giving atleast a week time for the people to colw and sort out the problem

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How small the bedrooms would be and how hard it is to fit any extra furniture especially if you have a big family and need extra space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet for just off a very busy road, lovely good quality new build houses. I would like some double yellow lines on the entrance to the estate as cars often park there making it difficult to see when pulling out of the junction.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The communal gardens are kept nicely, but they have kept a hole in the fence for several years. We live towards the entrance to the estate and the fence has been unfinished here since the start. We’ve contacted property management 3 or 4 months ago and they said it was for “ongoing works”…haven’t seen anyone working there since they said that.

The property management fee which is around £200 a year.
