We love Fenman House

We feel that our building management are thoughtful and communicate effectively. The property management have made efforts to engage with residents with regular meetings and circulation of minutes. We are so happy to have an excellent Waitrose and an Everyman Cinema on our doorstep as well as the many and diverse eateries on our doorstep. Being at Kings Cross/St Pancras means excellent access to transport options to all the London airports, Eurostar, underground and bus routes.

Fenman House in the Kings Cross development is a great place to live and visit. The experience has been and continues to be uplifting with an ambience of security and quality all around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have found building management to be consistently helpful

We bought our apartment off plan and have been delighted with our choice

Best in class area in Central London!

I like local design and „modern” aspects around. I think that it will be better If my area has more gym / pool spots. I like sport and the nearest place are approx. miles away. Also it will be nice to have more integration acitvities for the local community to meet neighbours.

The area is really safe and rich in coffee places, restaurants etc. You can find everything at one place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is OK. Always I receive really fast support in all cases.

Many building around Under construction (so a bit noisy).

Everything about it was excellent, beautiful, clean. Excellent service regarding issues with the property, very fast to answer. The building was excellent, and the staff was amazing, it felt like home right away. The only real issue which was later on fixed was climate control.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent facilities, only thing is public transport is far away. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Nice to walk around and very safe neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and efficient to address any problems. Had issues with climate control and took a bit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Subway is far away and with the weather it was hard to find transport.

The development is modern, bright and airy and a pleasant place to live. The concierge is a great. The recent green area behind Luna is a lovely addition to the development. Bike parking is plenty and easy to access. The building management responds to issues and queries quickly.

There is a great range of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Cycle, train and walking networks are great. There have been no problems with noise other than the ongoing construction which is expected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management usually respond in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This building is very well insulated, keeping warm throughout winter and keeping bills low.

The cultural opportunities on-site and in the surrounding area are many, there is a fantastic market at weekends, a large Waitrose on site and many excellent eateries on-site and nearby. Add to this the outstanding transport links as well all that central London has to offer, making this a difficult to beat package

We love our apartment and the whole development at Kings Cross finding it an uplifting and vibrant place

Building management have been helpful as have residents meetings with management
