Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Worst place to live. It is full of homeless people, rubbish all over the streets, shops closing down.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They say theyre 'always on the move' yet refuse to hire security on premises, and would rather waste their money on doors that get broken into, a lift that has been out of service for years which is 'getting fixed' (will never see the light of day again)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is ZEROOOOOO security, you can have your things stolen, apartment broken into, post box broke into, have to walk past human faeces because homeless people get in to the building. You will always see rubbish in the lobby because people can't be bothered to use the bin shed. Homeless people shooting up in the halls.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Danum house is exactly opposite to Frenchgate, city’s vibrant shopping mall. The building is close to almost all restaurants, pubs and shopping places. Close to railway station as well as main bus stop going towards all major cities and neighbourhoods. However the building doesn’t provide parking spaces for its tenants including other extremely unsafe things like no security for the building, even the door security number doesn’t work sometimes, we have homeless people getting inside and creating mess around the place, anti social behavior, there are no bins for the apartments, and I have seen people keeping their trash in the reception of the building which is disgusting.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management hasn’t responded to any of our issues since the time we have resided in this apartment. The thing is except the contact number of the property management that has been put on the notice board, no one knows or has seen who they are

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the space is so unsafe as homeless people barge into the building and do all kind of things in our space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects is it is very near to city centre and train station and easy access to local markets. Bad aspects are no parking availability and bin collections.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management always try to help to resolve the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The one thing I would have known before is the lift facility, without lift it is very difficult.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not so great. Lots of shop closing down. No proper Indian restaurant in the area. No parking available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is pretty quick. But you won't get proper solution for the problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lift maintenance and parking problems. Also wifi not resolved for more than 3 months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is right in the centre of town so plenty of shops/cafes etc in walking distance and links to public transport or car parks for the car. Parking you have to pay for yourself in a local car park and there are a lot of homeless people that manage to get in the apartment building which isn’t ideal at all. However the flats inside are gorgeous.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Efficiently, problems are sorted quickly and there’s great communication

I wish I knew about the homeless people getting inside the building as it can be scary at times.
