Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent range of transport options , shops and super markets for shopping. Traffic noise is not too bad on the higher levels. I have not seen any antisocial behaviour yet in the area around the property. Parking outside the building could be better. As parking fees are not always the cheapest. But for us without a car public transport is perfect.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far we have had no issues to report where the building management has been required.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I noticed what that for water metre readings you need to ask the reception to get the key to open the door in the corridor to take your readings. Nothing else to note now.

There are amazing links nearby with the train systems and bus systems, the bin collections and great too and the restaurants and general stores around are very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has been very fast especially with things like WiFi, water and electric issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how good the boiler system is as this is something that is such a high quality.

Transport links are somewhat convenient but the area generally fees unsafe especially at night where people are often heard shouting in the streets. Doesn’t feel safe for a walk out or just to go to shops when it’s dark. Needs to be more security outside

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded well. Although did have to ask 2 to 3 times

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no storage anywhere on the property.

Living in Aspire has been generally comfortable because the building itself feels modern and secure, but the surrounding high street is quite run down and I don’t always feel safe in the area, especially at night. There are shops and takeaways nearby, though the overall quality and atmosphere outside could be better. Transport links are convenient with easy access to the station and buses, but parking in the wider area is limited. Bin collections are reliable and day-to-day life inside the development is good, even if the immediate neighbourhood feels less secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally responded in a timely and helpful way. Issues are usually acknowledged quickly, and while not everything is resolved immediately, communication has been consistent and staff are polite and willing to assist.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Given the rent we are paying, I wish I had known more about the surrounding area, which can feel run down and less safe, the very limited storage inside the apartments, and the complete lack of communal spaces for residents. These factors affect the overall living experience.

Located next to slough high street, nandos close by and other shops. Close proximity to slough train station for London commute. Quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded same day to issues i have raised so i have no complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the number of flats that were available as I may have looked at a different one to move into.
