Local Bars are nice with access to great restaurants and coffe shops. The local parks and access to the sea is another asset.

Honestly wish we NEVER bought this house from this developer

Even though the site is now finished the road surface still isn't complete.

What is the best feature of your home:

Good size garden, garage is a great size too with lots of space

Excellent access and walking distance to several schools and the local shops.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The issues people were having with properties already purchased and the lack of ownership to resolve (having to pay for repairs ourselves) in the majority of cases due to poor workmanship or attention to detail. Drains on the estate (estate responsibility) are a joke !!

What is the best feature of your home:

Love the overall plan & layout of our home along with our garden.

The estate is very accessible to the local bus route, there’s a couple of shops including a post office only 5 minute walk away. Majority of people have two cars or more so parking can be hard, parents from the local schools also park on the estate making it hard to get in and out

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The builders take your money off you quickly, but are not quick to deal with problems.

What is the best feature of your home:

Best feature for us, would have to be the double drive.
