    my first thoughts on the design is very modern the building is up to date and keeping in twin with the sturcutre and look of reading wanting to be a city the facilitates are useful to the older and younger generation making easy for living in a small community like dee park

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    me and my family have always felt safe around and in the area,the local shop offer a range of groceries needed from breakfast to dinner this help when running low on food but not ready for a weekly food shop the 15 bus stop is convenient when wanting to go town or different places is is located right outside my house. Living on the street is family friend and whole community welcoming to help each other and growing up together

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    the issue i raised has been parking this has been resolved by the help of my landlord with a quick response and further help with the issue they are quick to response when needing help with there emails open with a instructive and information responded i feel i can go for help and be listened and not judge with a happy outcome

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    the bad thing is the group of young people who are loud after hours this is the only thing i wished to know before moving in

    Looks well planned out and great facilities good lighting and great accessories to local shops and nice greenery and more parking spaces just hope more bin collections so kept nice and clean and tidy and more thing for children’s play area and more bins

    Great local bus service can be hard to park can be very noisy and bin service awful with lots of litter

    Great very quick response and easy to contact on phone

    The building has been designed very well in a way that both bedrooms are good size and the loft could be potentially converted into a third bedroom. Small but landscaped garden. Both upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Kitchen has interstates fridge and freezer.

    This is a quiet area that is close to Oxford road shops, gp practice and pharmacy withing a 15 mins walking distance

    Having two bathrooms And two good sized bedrooms. Landscaped garden

    The design of the building is Morden and a very nice looking for example not too big they are spacious but tidy looking the parking is perfect as it got each access to the house it’s usual hard to get parking near your home but it’s perfect also the shop our perfect as they are down the road

    Any time I have had a problem it’s easy to contact and they would sort out any problem straight away

    I wish I knew how noisy it would be near the school

    Nice management very helpful and willing to help like the style of the buildings shop is nice and always open plenty of parking and nicer than the garages only rubbish bins should be emptied more often can be lots of rubbish left around and messy and untidy
