The transport is really good and shop facilities are all there There is a lot of rubbish dumped everywhere and the bins are always overflowing and have started seeing rats it is awful. Have complained but nothing gets done .Recently there has been so many issues and police outside nearly every week.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can never get them on the phone have to do everything through email which takes days to get to the source of the issue. Once an issue was going to be seen to no one would turn up and then I would have to wait longer to get the issue resolved

What management was like and how poor the building was

Good access to shops and train station. Terrible noise levels, cannot have windows open…. Weekends are intolerable at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but with minimal intent on fixing anything with a long term goal of solution

How bad the communal bins were…. Rubbish everywhere. The smell is horrific

Loved living here for over 2 years - close to Waitrose / Aldi and 2 mins from station Also very close to open green spaces and love proximity to Gatwick

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within 48 hrs They are responsive and very good at managing all issues

Train times are not always accurate and so pls double check

Awful, traumatic experience renting at Varis Court. Vile, shambolic landlord and estate agent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The terrible leak and mould issue was not resolved, it got progressively worse since we reported the issue and there was not an ounce of care for us as tenants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew there was a leak and mould problems being covered up from the money thieving landlord and estate agent. We were completely misled.
