Good property

The property is quite spacious, and all rooms are good value for money. The gem of the property is the huge living room, with wide tall windows that allow for natural light to come in. The only negative aspects are that one of the rooms is not provided with windows, and one of the bathrooms has little to no ventilation, which can potentially cause mold and rust.

Location is a bit far from central, however just a bus away from Stratford that is quite well connected

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The garden adjacent to the living room and one of the bedroom can be a nightmare for bugs during Summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially the property management was quite responsive. However in the latest period this has not been as good as before.

Overall lovely design nice staff

The design in the hallways and the maintaining of the original features is something I can appreciate, everything is kept well and the staff that work by the door are very friendly and accommodating, it’s nice that parcels are now kept out of sight when delivered to avoid theft etc

Plaistow itself has some odd characters and is run down in some parts however the place is very well connected and close to major shopping and restaurant areas in Stratford

I wish I knew more about the local area but to no fault of the agency or landlord

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded by being helpful, I have had a few minor concerns since being here and all were resolved

Fast at fixing problems

Our flat is new. Very modern. And beautiful. Everything is easy for us. We can’t complain about another yet as it’s only been a week. But we are happy. The kitchen is beautiful. Floor heating is great as well. Nothing else we can say to be honest. We are very happy

For me it’s easy. I work 2 minutes away from work so it’s ideal for me. Bad thing is. You have to pay for parking

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only thing is the meter for electricity. It’s expensive that’s the only bad thing out this place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are fast at fixing problems. We had a problem with the shower. Within couple of hours. Someone came to sort it out for us.

Overall the place was extremely satisfying and you’d be surprised on the value

Overall the place was extremely satisfying and you’d be surprised on the value. The exterior wasn’t too spectacular but the inside was surprisingly grand. Some issues with low ceiling but friendly security make this place extremely desirable especially i London.

The area compromises of some great aspect of London. But towards the end of my stay theft became a problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I’d wish I researched the area a bit more, but in the most part great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If you could get to the phone, most likely they’d get to you in 24 hours.
