"I love living here there’s a community and they do get togethers on Christmas which is really nice.     The building on the inside is lovely - and kept really clean by the lovely building managers who are brill for providing heating/meter readings. My flat itself is spacious and in the perfect location! Really happy living here! There are two lifts so it’s accessible from two main roads.

    Amazing location. Right in the Northern Quarter and accessible for train and tram. Manchester is right on your doorstep. Next to Urban Exchange with Aldi and PureGym - really handy.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that one of the lifts is out of action quite frequently - so the wait time can be a massive annoyance if late for work/running for a train!

    What is the best feature of your home:

    The location is the best feature. Living in the centre of Northern Quarter/Ancoats means there are so many facilities on your doorstep.

    After living here for 2 months, I have grown really fond of the development. Our apartment, in particular, is lovely and really well decorated. The only things I would change are regarding the lack of a reception/concierge service, social area, and lack of balcony/roof garden. The house is well insulated which means we save significantly on heating bills.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The area is brilliant - we are so central to town - and Ancoats is really up and coming at the moment. The only downsides are the noisy road outside - but that is to be expected anywhere central!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been really efficient - we can contact our building management for electric/gas readings, and they come back within the hour. The place is really well kept.

    There is a shop immediately downstairs - this is super handy!

    We have a concierge who is friendly. The place is clean and modern. My room is an ensuite which is convenient and the view from my flat is great. The building is very much secure. The residents are friendly. I have had a few long issues with the management because they take a while to reply.

    I love the area, I have lived here for 5 years. I love the friendly people in the area.

    Good but cold in the winter

    Overall, I really like this place. I wish that the courtyard was sealed because it can make the flat very cold. There is no reception but nothing gets stolen when big parcels are delivered. The management is very good. The parking is expensive and sometimes the lift gets stuck but overall I really enjoy living here because of the location.

    Location super close to work, my place has a nice layout when you come in to the buildimg. But the downside is this that it can get cold.

    I wish that I had known that it gets cold in the winter, unfortunately there is not much just that can be done to change this.

    I really like this place although the management can be slow to reply. I feel like the design suits me very well as it is very modern and clean. The caretaker is very good and staff are sometimes available onsite.

    I think that everything is good. The area is very young and vibrant.

    Nothing, everything was communicated well to me and I had no issues.
