Having a Lidl and a Tesco Express just 2 min away is always handy. Transport links are also abundant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is one of the best things, always nice, ready to help and very polite.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Altough the location is really good, I think the landscape and open area around is not the best.

Modern and clean place, however a few issues with the building

The building generally is very modern and clean. Theres a 24/7 concierge and a couple of restaurants on the ground floor which is convenient. The whole building runs on electricity, so theres no gas. All the radiators fitted in the flats are pretty basic. You cant set a timer on those. Iâ€™d say the only thing Iâ€™m not too happy about the building is the ventilation system, which causes major problem in the winter. The windows constantly got foggy leading to molds even though the ventilation â€œslotsâ€ on them are opened all the time. If youre thinking of renting or buying, flats facing south are more ideal since the ones facing north overlook a small park where a lot of gangs gather in the nights causing a lot of noises.

Convenient location, Limehouse station is literally a minute walk away. A few restaurants nearby. Generally located in a nice area.

Like I said in the review, I wouldnt recommend staying in the flats facing north due to noise issues.
