    Design from outside is great but inside the building is falling apart, no cctv and the carpets are not so nice.

    Design from outside is great but inside the building is falling apart, no cctv and the carpets are not so nice. There are no facilities in the building, you can not access the rooftop terrace as it’s only for pent house tenants also the lifts make a horrible sound

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Good: location and view Bad: the management company are not helpful, parcels get stolen and they say sorry we can’t put a CCTV as it’s too expensive. Also, the building has silverfish, no matter what you do. You just can’t get rid of them, they live in the walls of the building, the rooms are tiny.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Silverfish- you just can’t get rid of them Lifts make a horrible sound No cctv

    I would ask them to have a cctv, better lifts which don’t wake you up

    Residents roof garden and pavilion room are an amazing feature. Balconies have incredible views across the city. Stunning entrance atrium. Apartments are spacious and have large floor to ceiling windows - plenty of natural light. Must be one of the best addresses in the city!

    Amazing central location. Everything you could need and want on the doorstep. Short walk to other areas for socialising, eating, drinking as well as a great selection of gyms nearby - plus only a short walk to the harbourside!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Apartments can get warm in the summer months, but nothing that opening the windows and enjoying the sunshine cant solve!

    What is the best feature of your home:

    The view and the bright spacious feel with access to great residents' facilities.

    I absolutely love this property. It's in a stunning location, has excellent facilities in the building itself including a gym and roof top terrace and being on the 12th floor we have amazing views across the whole city. Both me and my partner are very happy here.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I love the area, we are incredible central with excellent transport links. Parking for guests is sometimes an issue but we are lucky that we have an NCP directly opposite us.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would say that the only issue is the parking for guests but we are a city centre apartment so it was always going to be tricky.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    We have big glass windows that look over the whole city so the apartment is light and airy.

    Modern, affordable and great location, not the biggest

    Design of the building and the flats is very modern and well equipped for basic usage. The flats aren't huge but the studio and one beds do suit single tenants well. Facilities are okay, there are 2 lifts which is useful as they are 12 floors, packages get delivered nicely in the mail room / entrance if you're not in, and the locked bin and bike storages are very useful. I would say given the size of the properties (studio and 1 bed) it can be frustrating with some items like a very small fridge freezer and little space in the kitchen, but enough to do basic things. Management otherwise seem okay, haven't needed to get in contact too much but they do organise window cleanings and lift maintenance regularly and notify tenants with paper notices in the foyer and in the lifts. Would mention as of April 2020 fibre is unavailable so very slow internet across the building but FTTP coming "soon". Also, building usese only electricity so bills can be a bit pricier but on the plus side it's a bit greener and safer

    very safe, close to train line and a short walk from the city centre with a nice scenic view along the river. However, nearest shop is just a convenience shop, nearest proper shop is a 10 minute walk away and is only a small tesco which is annoying

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Have only had one problem which was reported, however was responded to quickly. Did take 2 weeks or so to get solved however which was much slower than previous renting experiences i've had but not too bad

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I'd have known how slow the internet would be (April 2020) and how expensive the bills would be for heating

    The area is calm and quiet Modern building close and covenient station distance from a shop is not ideal

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    have never complained about anything but communication seems good

    Bathroom is bigger that in the pictures Pictures from a show home so may not be exactly the same when you move in
