Very poor after-sales service. The experience after purchase has been completely different from what was promised at the time of sale. Important work was missed, repeatedly delayed, and we have been chasing for around six months. Their own team visited the property numerous times, identified the lack of ventilation and highlighted the items affected by it. We have requested nothing extra—only that the affected work is properly rectified. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problem, we are now receiving arguments about why work will not be completed. Very disappointing customer care and lack of ownership throughout.

Not recommended. Based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this developer. The sales experience may appear positive, but after completion, we faced poor quality checks, incomplete and defective work, and months of chasing. After-sales support has been extremely disappointing, with more focus on refusing responsibility than resolving genuine customer concerns.

What is the best feature of your home:

Extremely disappointing overall quality and handover. The property had numerous issues, including a faulty meter, incomplete handover, poor cleanliness, missing ventilation and unfinished or defective items, suggesting inadequate checks before completion. We have compromised from day one and spent months chasing problems that should have been resolved before Handover.

Great area for shops, schools, entertainment, leisure, close to Beverley, family orientated estate. Parking is limited. Generally fairly quiet on the street

Insurance is high due to flood risk Phone signal in the area is not good

What is the best feature of your home:

Very spacious with high ceilings. Lovely brickwork

Good location, near to a big Asda, McDonald, Burger King, B&Q. 15 minutes by walking to Cross Gates. 2 minutes to the bus stop. The development however, is empty, just houses, poor roads, poor lights.

I should have write every statement from the customer service, builders staff. They don't keep their word and 'forget' about what they said.

What is the best feature of your home:

Bigger house than average for new developments. Close to public transport and city centre.

Great location with direct links into the city centre and frequent buses if you don’t drive. The residents all seem nice and are very friendly. There are lots of local amenities and bars in Crossgates are only a 15 minute walk.

I wish I’d have known the suppliers for materials such has the stones used in the garden, tiles & kitchen worktops etc..

What is the best feature of your home:

Tiled bathroom, kitchen & utility flooring are the features that I like the most.

There are a few local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces. Public transport to centre is ok. Parking availability can be difficult as some streets are narrow if you have more than two cars. Bin collections, anti-social behaviour (for now) & traffic noise is ok.

Don't be surprised to find rubbish left behind by builders or contactors... Some of them have very questionable workmanship.

What is the best feature of your home:

Living room space, and upper floor ceiling is higher, making it feel more spacious.
