Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is fine - we hope they don't take away the 6 visitor parking spaces as this will affect parking on the roads. Locally there is a M&S food, post office and Costa in the hospital - a short walk away. The adjoining development has a small kids play area. Local services such as bin collection is good with garden waste, recycling, rubbish and bottle recycling. The only annoying thing is there are no wheelie bins for recycling and rubbish, which means getting up early on rubbish day.

That there is not a pathway through to the adjoining development

What is the best feature of your home:

The space is wonderful and the lack of noise in the local area makes a calm and tran1uil place to come home to.

I have lived in Melbourn most of my life. Like a lot of villages post offices and banks disappear. Transport links are pretty poor from the village. We do have a great community hub.

More development lighting needed as very dark at night

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan kitchen and living room. Love the enclosed garden, even though one part of the fence is back to front, and I have a shed with a lock been put in the wrong way !! But this doesn’t effect me !!!
