The local area is convenient and pleasant to live in, with a good range of nearby shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport links are reliable and easy to access, making commuting straightforward. The streets are generally quiet and well maintained, with regular bin collections and decent parking availability. There are green spaces nearby, and the neighbourhood feels safe and friendly with minimal noise or antisocial behaviour.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how responsive and helpful the building management is, especially Sukhi. Any concerns or questions are dealt with quickly, which makes settling in much easier. I would also suggest that new neighbours take some time to learn the bin collection schedule and parking arrangements early on, as this helps avoid any confusion. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live, and getting familiar with the building rules and facilities early makes the experience even better.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is how well maintained and comfortable it is, combined with a peaceful atmosphere and excellent support from the building management, which makes living here stress-free and enjoyable.

There aren’t a lot of local shops or rest around but the ones that are around are quite convenient, only issue would be the people around the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No problem has really been resolved, it kind of floats in the air and disappears.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how thing the walls are in the building.

The area itself is quite rough but is only about ten minutes walk from the city centre so is convenient and shops and public transport are easily accessible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had to raise any issue with building management so I can’t write anything meaningful here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The management team can be quite intrusive regularly arranging maintenance checks where they use their own keys to come into your room without giving you options to rearrange. They also had a habit of arranging viewings before I’d moved out without asking for permission.

Good area with close proximity to the city centre. Quiet and peaceful with shops within 7 minutes walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any problem on issue with the property yet.

In the beginning we've been told facilites would open in a month, but they haven't been opened before 4 months.

Nice area to live. Very quiet. Close to city centre and Aston university. There’s a bin in the basement. Which is pretty convenient and most importantly the management and concierge respond in a timely manner to any issues raised.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded in a very timely manner to all the issues I have raised

Only thing I wish I knew before I moved in was how close it was to a worship center
