Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

SHW are a very poor management company, they do not take the lead, do not return calls or email. They have taken 9 years to do outstanding works. They do not follow planning rules and feel the customer does not matter. Be aware

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow and poor, yes legal action and tried to remove my lease

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More detail on site manangement, i will never buy a home and have a management company.
