The area in which I live is well situated I'm close to shops, stations & bus routes which are all in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far it has been good. I've had all my repairs done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is the lack of wall sockets in the dining room. And outside socket.

It is a really quiet , comfortable , peaceful and ecological living area. The only drawback could be there is no cafes around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are responsible for any small issue from you with a effective solution or action.

The Nest system help you control and maintaining your property efficiently and technologically.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Plenty of places to go for a walk, run with my dog. There’s insufficient restaurant, beauty salons and bars. Parking it’s an issue in our street insufficient parking space for all residents. We had few incidents where the bins were not collected due to access on the road due to ongoing works from the builder.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly after 3 years we are still trying to get our snagging repaired

I wished I knew how poor Rydon workmanship is and how badly they treat their clients

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Main residential area, very quiet and safe at night. Clean small river with resting bench just by development. Spacious supermarkets, GP, restaurant bar, green park, bus/train station in walking distance. It would be perfect if there could be more relaxing cafe shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Solve snagging issues efficiently. Arrange home visit after completion actively.
