Boat lane is located in a thriving little town with shops, bars and eateries. Has local services nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No we have meetings after meetings regarding charges for the laundry and the unaffordable monthly service charge.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the service charge would increased from 2.5% to 14% in just 4 years
