Good staff, I like security staff. When calling maintenance they imidiatly respond and are brilliant and really helpful

The building has gone above and Beyond expectations.

Building quality is great I love my view and is the main reason for me living here.

House prices would of bought rather rent

What is the best feature of your home:

The view is amazing and as mentioned reason for me still living here.

Like: transport links, building management, location to town centre. Dislikes: noise of traffic on the round about. A lot of horns and police sirens!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and professionally. The concierges deal with a lot of things personally.

The traffic noise and lack of air conditioning in summer months!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - A lot of restaurants in the area, I especially love the Box Park. Dislike - Croydon is a very noisey area which is disturbing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew how loud the neighbourhood is, police and ambulance siren all time and other noises from the area at any time of day or night.

What is the best feature of your home:

The living room is the best part as its wide and the walls are made of glass.

I like that there is a high street very close and if you ever need to grab something quick it is easy to do so without having to travel into central London.

I wish I had known how high electricity would have been to live here
