    design was very nice, clean, modern, can’t see a defect in that.. had all the facilities needed, central location.. i did struggle with installing the broadband though as i did not know the building only worked with specific providers, also very loud nextdoor pub was very annoying during weekends

    i did not know there was literally a next door pub, if i had heard it that loud i wouldn’t have moved in

    shut down the neighboring pub, was the worst thing about that place

    Great location. Have cleaner every week. But rhe agency is not good. Thay are not reply to your message about the repair. The room is spacious. But the furniture is not enough. I have to buy quite alot my self. Other than this, the rent is very very very expensive.

    Doesn't need any transport. Everything is near by Albert docks. Really good transport to work. Lots of things in walking distance. Area aesthetically beautiful. Lots of restaurants and bars makes living in the area pleasant.

    Great location. Commute to work is easy. No problems with management. Good restaurants and bars. Everything is a walk away.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    No questions have been asked to the building mangement.

    Nothing really in particular i would say to be honest.

    Very happy with location of apartment and views of Liverpool very good for transport links and accessibility of city centre not happy with lots of bars close by and would not have choose apartment if he would have known before hand.

    Good location perfect for socialising and commuting near train station

    No response given never had any reason to query building manager

    Take a while to fix things. Maintenance took a while to fix water. Chose apartment because of location. Very easy access to work. Really happy with the apartment. Not bothered with noise. Doesn't have a communal area or space.

    Accessibility near work. Makes job easy to get to.

    Maintenance not as efficient as could be.
