    The flat is small but makes very good use of places for storage space

    I think it is designed well given the shape and size of the building. The flat is small but makes very good use of places for storage space. The building is very well managed, but on a few accounts has taken a while to resolve maintenance issues. It has a very good community.

    Good bars in Brixton. Close to transport - good overground and underground options. Some anti-social behaviour outside.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded and the issues have been resolved

    More about the general area - there is often some antisocial behaviour right across from the building

    Sleek modern designed building has created a nice community of largely young professionals. The flats are small but offer a lot of storage that keeps the open areas open maximising the space offered. Although comparatively cheaper they all have top of the range appliances.

    Great transport options and plenty of cool bars around. Unfortunately a high crime rate and a lot of noise that keeps you up at night

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes - occasionally a slight wait but always fixed.

    The garden is ideal in the summer but it’s hot inside

    Storage in the property is brilliant however, doesn’t have a cutlery drawer which is slightly weird. I am short so some of the cupboards are too high to be able to reach our plates which means we cannot utilise those spaces properly. Although all the homes are very close together, you do not hear them in their flags which is great

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Fairly loud with traffic noise with the windows open but it doesn’t go on late. It would be better if it were slightly closer to a tube station but the bus links are fantastic

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have not yet had to raise any issues, however it seems easy to do on the app

    Make sure you’re registered in the app to be able to let people in!
