Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport: Great. Brixton Station is a 12 minute walk away. Loughborough Junction Thameslink station into Central is a 4 minute walk away. The 35, 45, 345, P4, and P5 all stop within 100m of the building, making transport extremely easy, regardless of where you are going. Shakespeare Road itself is a residential street that is very calm, though the building is close to Coldharbor Lane, which is the main street through Loughborough Junction. There is no parking with the building. There is a Tesco Express 2 minutes away and a Co-op and Nisa Local 5 minutes away. There are a few lovely coffee shops within 5 minutes walking, including Viv's Coffee which is a local favourite. You're in biking distance of both Brockwell Park and John Ruskin park. You can walk to Brixton within 15 minutes for High Street amenities, and Brixton Market is great for food and drinks! Bin collections are dealt with by the building, with communal bins outside to drop of bin bags whenever they are full. There is a micro-brewery right across the street called Super Cute. They do a great pub quiz, cabaret nights, and have fantastic options on tap.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually responsive the same day. We have had no maintenance issues to speak to, however.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You cannot asked to have any of the provided furnishings removed. This can be useful for those who need furniture, but there is not much room left for any added furniture with what is already there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brixton is a very thriving area, with plenty of transport links (especially for south london). I particularly enjoy the market as I can get fresh food for much cheaper than supermarkets, and the parking is great if friends want to visit. Coldharbour lane is quite busy and noisy, but it’s not too bad on our street, except for sirens and trains.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very promptly and keeps me updated. They don’t always give 24 hours notice for entry however.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not many supermarkets in walking distance, except high end ones

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has a lot of markets nearby. Also, there are bus and train stations. The street is quiet, but the local businesses are busy. There are not many restaurants, and the area is mostly commercial and residential. There are several markets in the neighborhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When requested, any problems or doubts were solved. There is also a feature in the node app to request maintenance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The main thing is: the flat is exactly the same as in the pictures. Equal!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really enjoyed moving into Node Brixton. Place is convenient. Lots of stores nearby. A great local community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well really fast and well answered. The landlord is really available.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sorry will be an improvement, but it's quite expensive compared to local market with same proposition.
