Newmark Properties

Newmark Properties is a London-based property developer operating in the residential and commercial sectors. The company has a large portfolio of schemes situated across London and the rest of the UK. Abney Park Court is a Newmark Properties development with lots to offer. First of all, it's in a great location close to lively Stoke Newington High Street and Stoke Newington station, and overlooks the famous Abney Park Cemetery. It's also got a cluster of handy retail outlets on the ground floor, including a dentist and a supermarket. And because Abney Court is a private, gated development, it feels nicely tucked away despite its central setting. "Good sized development, facilities are mediocre, with regular maintenance but could use room for upgrades and updates. The immediate surrounding streets are ok, can have some rough sleepers around at night. Value is decent for the money, you could probably pay more for a nicer place nearby, but this is fine for a decent flat at a decent price." – Eri mich, verified resident at Abney Park Court
