Native Land is a privately-owned property developer and investment company specialising in residential and mixed-use developments in London. It was formed in 2003 and has delivered more than 550 private apartments, 185 affordable homes as well as 40,000 square feet of commercial space. Holland Park Villas is a development by Native Land listed on HomeViews. It is a joint venture with Grosvenor and was completed in 2017. It is comprised of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments and four luxury penthouses overlooking Holland Park. Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate Underground stations are both only a 10-minute walk away from the development.

    It's an iconic and modern development appearance. I like that there is a 24 hour concierge, and the fixtures are of a high level. There is a real neighbourhood feel about the place, the people are very nice.

    Good transport links. Friendly neighbours and a mix of modern and old.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The demolition of samson house. It will be 5 years of noise.

    Nothing, i like my property and would not change anything.

    I like that there is a gym. The building looks very nice, and is always kept clean. I also really like having a concierge. I also like how quiet the neighbourhood is. Theres nothing really that i dislike.

    I like that is very near to plenty of restaurants and bars, also very near to public transport.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Theres nothing in particular, it is all great as expected.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    It is a quiet area despite how central it is in london.
