    Lovell have no right to call themselves "builders" they are a disgrace, must have searched the country to find the biggest "c*** up" merchants to work on this development. Advise anyone who reads this not buy anything Lovell have built. STAY CLEAR.

    Shops, restaurants and open spaces all fine. transport links very good parking for residents ok.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Emailed Lovell many many times about poor work. no reply

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    MCSV Housing did not oversee the work properly.

    Nice area, facilities good MCSV housing reasonable company, the design is average. Everything done here was very, very poor most of the work had to done again and is still ongoing after 3 years. All the kitchen units poorly fitted, a lot of the electrics wrong, water poured into the scooter room etc etc etc.

    Love the area, but Lovell have spoilt the joy of living here.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Do not buy off Lovell. This is after 3 years.
