Very nice property, has good area for kids to play. Plenty of parking spaces available.

    Average life in London

My overall impression is that there is a lot of room for improvement. The design is pretty average, but the upkeep isn't great, which makes the property look worse than it is. The quality is a bit run down, such as the facilities. I do not think that the issue is that whole place needs to be entirely rebuilt and changed (although it certainly could), but a lot of the issues could be improved upon with some simple upkeep (refurnishing, repainting, etc.). The development is pretty old so I can't speak to the developer customer service. The value is pretty London standard - not the priciest it can get for a small-ish apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's East London - so you love it and hate it at the same time!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is a classic example of gentrification in London. A lot of old, sometimes run down places, with new shiny developments scattered in between.
