Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill is a boutique guesthouse housed in four Grade II-listed Regency townhouses, offering 61 private studios with kitchens and en-suite bathrooms, including mezzanine and “Best in House” options. Designed by Red Deer Architects, it includes large communal living spaces, a guest kitchen, a private garden with a yoga pavilion, and a regular events programme such as a run club, wellness classes, supper clubs and Wine Down Fridays. Located in a leafy, well-connected area near Regent’s Park, Camden Town and Chalk Farm, it blends local village character with flexible stay-options for both short-term and longer visits.

Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park is a flexible-stay scheme in London offering 332 fully furnished private studios housed in the restored former Taxi Drivers’ Association HQ by the Grand Union Canal. It provides extensive shared amenities including a wellness hub with gym, pool, sauna/steam rooms, a canal-side restaurant, cinema room, panoramic 10th-floor lounge, creative workspace “Meadow”, and regular cultural events. Designed by AHMM with interiors by TiggColl and others, the build emphasises sustainability, craftsmanship, context-sensitive architecture, and creating an “ecosystem” of living, wellness and community.
