Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very good because there a plenty of bus stop in front of the building. Also, there is a lot of stories and supermarket around, which is good for who living in the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can't complain about it, as the landlord always answered my emails regarding to the flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should known about the companies around the flat, as sometimes is very noisy.

There is a new train station, lot of bus stop close by which is good. The building is to close to warehouses which make too much noise at night time

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Take too long to resolve, and sometimes we do not have the problem resolved

The neighbourhood, and that was too noise at night time

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to many stations and bus going everywhere in London. bins are a bit chaotic as it seems there’s lots of families and not enough bins or regular collection as it is only once a week. Parking is non existing, and there is a guy who comes at late hours in the night or early in the morning to give people fines, and on the other side there are people with permits to park on the pavements.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In the last I had a problem with the boiler but it was fixed quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the area is somewhat dangerous as multiple cars have been stolen from the road next to ours.

Área is great with great access to multiple parts of the city and motorway out of London. Lots of bit supermarkets locally, high street shops and shopping centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes it takes some time but they get there in the end.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That my car would be stolen from across the road .

Just tube too far and very busy road, shops too far as well, zero green spaces around, walking distance to any park min 20-25 mins

Usually respond quickly. The problem sometimes not fully sorted

Noise, even at night, from the garage and the warehouses and some dealers
