The development at Elephant Park is decent overall but feels a bit underwhelming considering the hype. The design is modern and attractive, with nice landscaping and open spaces. Facilities like the gym and communal areas are fine, though nothing standout. Building management can be hit or miss—sometimes responsive, other times slow to act on maintenance issues. Property management also seems stretched; communication isn’t always clear, and service charges keep rising without much justification. It’s a livable place with potential, but it doesn’t quite deliver the premium experience it seems to aim for.

Elephant Park SE17 offers great shops, eateries, green space & transport. Some anti social behaviour & bin issues exist.

Sometimes can be extremely slow and often do forget about requests unfortunately

To check everything is functioning as expected including the windows and doors etc. id check its fully clean before i move in too
