    I really enjoy living at Liberty Place. All tenants I have met have been very friendly, the concierge is fantastic and very helpful and open 24 hours. The design of the development itself ensures it is quiet and peaceful despite its very central location.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is extremely convenient for entertainment, restaurants bars etc. Also very handy for transport links out of the city. Being so central is convenient in many ways and offers a range of activities on your doorstep including scenic walks and open areas for relaxation.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t realise my previous internet provider (Virgin broadband) could not be installed at this property as they do not service this area. As a result my personal broadband connection is quite slow.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    Very light and open flat design and nice size balcony.

    The apartment ticks all the boxes and is a very good value for the money paid. Even being in the city centre it's really quite. The views on the canal are nice. The apartment suits all my needs. However I am happy to see the area develop.

    I like the convience of bars and restaurants. Very central and close to all amenities.

    Chenges to the road lay out.

    It would be great having guest parkink for whom comes to visit you.

    The development is well managed and maintained. It's always clean and kept up well. The management is friendly. The apartment is fairly big, the balcony is a great feature alongside the view on the canal.

    Very nice neighbourhood very central to all amenities.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The only thing I would say is the electricity price in the city centre.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    The best feature of the apartment is the balcony i and the view on the canal is great.

    The place is quite big and very homely. On a sunny day it's pretty bright. The balcony is the best feature of the house and offers a lovely view. The house is adequate to meet my needs. The apartment is well laid out.

    Good area, road works causing maham at the moment. Location close to facilities.

    The apartment is very good. It's very spacious and the living room is quite big. There's plenty of natural light during the morning and the apartment remains cool on hot days. Overall it suits my needs.

    Good location, close to everything. I don't need to use transport.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It's everything okay, there's nothing I wish I had known beforehand.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    The living room space is the best feature of the apartment.
