Things happen. And the building management always supported and came back quickly

You can't check your own gas and electricity meter. Also the bins get bad

Charterhouse is in an amazing location with the seven kings railway station just a short walk away from the development, getting to central london takes about around 40 mins.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building maintenance team manage to get most problems fixed but only after several complaints.

The environment in the apartment is amazing and always very calm no complaints.

Nice new flats, really bad location, we are scared to look at the window or even walk around the property. It’s full of drugged scammers really bad location for families.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been answering all our queries so far.

Beware of what kind of people you may watch on your everyday basis.

Nice place to stay & with all services in walkable distance

They were very Prompt in resolving the issues & reception employees are friendly.

Only downside of it there is no access to rooftop

Very good quality of cleaning corridors and lift service, proper bin collections, really happy with all facilities

Solved very quickly with clear details and safe for kids
