    the development is well maintained and homely. Look forward to spending more time here. All the residents within the development are respectful of each other and nice to talk to. Some of the management is slow in responding to emails however, it is overall good :)

    I would add some of the postcodes to public directories as this is difficult sometimes.

    Flats are nice and modern, parking could be better with more spaces available to visitors. Windows never seem to get cleaned or at least some don't. But overall good, cleaners come in once every two weeks roughly. Whoever carried out the contractor work when building is questionable workmanship standards but okay.

    Close to beach, walking distance to town as other local amenities. Busy on game day with the football.

    Overall the place is pretty good can't complain too much

    Repair time can be too long, however fine once job is carried out.

    Great place to live but the details can be a let down

    Apartments are quite well designed however the vents for the windows are quite poor. Even when closed they struggle with the wind. The rooms also don’t tend to retain their heat very well and windows must constantly be monitored due to moisture. The extractor fan in the kitchen makes very little difference when cooking and quite often we have to open all windows of the living area to prevent lingering smells or the smoke alarm being triggered as it is incredibly sensitive.

    Perfectly placed near the beach which hosts a range of shops and restaurants as well as cinema and various other forms of entertainment.

    As mentioned above, things such as the extractor fan in the kitchen and the heat retention of rooms can be off putting for some

    the flat is well laid out - it's great to have a seperate utility room. Barrett were very responsive when we moved in and the factor regulary keeps in touch. each block has some green space so it's possible to sit outside when the weather is nice. The comunal decore is nice and the building is well maintained.

    It is great being near the beach to be able to go for walks. There is good variety of resturants and cafes near by. There is a bus stop right out side the development and it's an easy short walk into town.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    i really appreciated having the outside space during lockdown and that's not something i would have thought about in a flat before this year.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    the view - it has great views into town and the access to the beach, the living space and the utility room.

    It is a lovely development in a good location, the flats are smart and well designed for modern living. They are warm and comfortable to live in. The communal areas are generally well kept and clean, and the lifts are kept in good working order. It feels a safe place to live.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It’s good to be close to the beach and good access to city centre. It’s in a quiet area. The parking can be an issue and the bin areas are occasionally full.

    It’s a good, quiet place to live and you can’t hear Pittodrie

    Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

    More room for parking would be good as it can get busy
