Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Public transportation is close by, local shops are all around although they do not all have variety. The closest gym is a 30 minute walk away. This could be improved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues. I moved in just about a year ago and there hasn’t been any issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really except for the fact that I wish I knew how to adjust the boiler settings to economise on electricity

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient to take public transport, tram stop and bus stop are within 5 min walk distance, similar convenience to local amenities which is just across the road. Parking for guest is insufficient but luckily neighbors would usually lend a spot when it is needed for few hours use. My balcony is north west facing, marvellous marina view, astonishing daily sunset views too when the sky is clear.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy app to use to report repair needed to the property management company, usually issues are promptly dealt with. Overall the building is clean and bright all the time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1. EV charger is not possible for this development 2. Smart meter reading signal can’t come out from the meter room 3. EWS1 work schedule simply doesn’t exist (we thought it would have been finished in 2 years)

The design of the building is stylish

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to the local transport links with tram and bus routes only a few minutes away, it has supermarkets walking distance away too. It’s close to the Peak District and the city centre so best of both worlds.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, when we submit a request for something to be fixed the building management endeavour to do this as soon as practicable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walls, ceilings and floors are very thin, so it can be noisy from other flats. Mostly though, this doesn’t happen and people are respectful.
