Unrivalled location within walking distance of really great areas - including Shoreditch, Angel, Dalston and Hackney - and only a minute walk from Haggerston overground taking you straight to Highbury & Islington for the Victoria line into central. Bike storage and parking spaces available at extra cost but there are residential bays nearby for off peak visitors. Block is modern and communal areas are kept clean. It can be a little loud at night with people coming and going, and for the most parts the flats are quite dark due to small inward facing windows. Having said this, there’s a lot of floor space which is unheard of in London. Location and size worth the money.

Everything is within reach. I love this location because you have the option of quieter less metropolitan neighbourhoods if you head north and east (London Fields, Dalston, Stoke Newington) and more obviously-London areas of you head central or west (Angel, Hoxton, Shoreditch, Whitechapel etc.)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that the flat was so dark all day, and that bike parking cost £150 a year (!)
