Grosvenor is one of the largest international property developers in the world. It is privately owned and manages property across 60 cities around the world. Grosvenor’s purpose is to ‘improve properties and places to deliver lasting commercial and social benefit.’ Grosvenor developments on HomeViews include The Biscuit Factory and Holland Park Villas (a joint venture with Native Land). The Biscuit Factory is in Bermondsey just south of the River Thames, and features 800 new-build homes. Holland Park Villas is a luxury development comprising of 68 one, two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments alongside four luxury penthouses overlooking Holland Park.
