Great Portland Estates is a property investment and development company based in Central London. It owns about £2.5 billion of real estate in London with a goal to create ‘in-demand spaces that people want to be part of’ in order to help residents, local communities and the wider city thrive. Great Portland Estates solely focuses on London-based property, which includes a mix of purpose-built developments, carefully refurbished spaces and historic buildings for residential, commercial and retail use. Rathbone Square is a Great Portland Estates development just north of Oxford Street, in the heart of London’s West End. The property was once a post office warehouse, and now features 142 private residential units, made up of luxury penthouses, studios, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments.
