Great Marlborough Estates is a privately held, real estate developer based in London's Mayfair. The company was founded in 2006 and is run by Dean Clifford and Grant Lipton alongside Sir Stuart Lipton who is a Non Executive Director. It has a particular focus on delivering design-led, high quality residential developments across London.It 'specialises in the life-cycle process of a development from site identification, through to planning, construction and sales.' The completed development project consists of nine luxury houses in the heart of Notting Hill, London W11 designed by the architect, Darling Associates. Each luxury house has a minimum of three-bedrooms and residents can benefit from secure car parking. Notting Hill Gate Underground station is within walking distance from the development with links to the Central line. Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are also only a 20-minute walk away.
