Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a nice location, right next to the canal so lovely views. Theres a corner shop opposite to the building for quick needs and its a 5-10 min walk away from uxbridge town centre, very close to a lot of amenities and the train station and a gym less than 5 minutes away. Relatively clean aside from occassional littering outside the building. There is a car park right beside the building. Bin collection is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and very well. Have had a good experience with this

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats get very hot and there is not air conditioning, some flats don't have windows in the bedrooms so be wary of the heat especially in summer. Good for winter though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a good location in terms of quick and easy access to town centre, trains/bus stations, shops and stores. The environment is clean, cool and safe with zero crime reports. The bins are collected in due time which make the bin are clean and clear.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raise any issues so far except my flat main entrance when I move in and it was fix in within few days

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I gave out my big wardrobe and I discovered the wardrobe here is like half of my old wardrobe 😂
