Very convenient place to live. Close to tram stations and shopping. Fairly quiet street to live on. Not many bars or restaurants near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded in a timely manner.

The courtyard is also completely secure so only residence can access that space

close to the centre next to the canal which is nice for connecting with nature Small gym can walk in and machine wanting to use is being used Closest tram stop is 10 min down the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Took a few weeks to repair bathroom sink as mentioned

How expensive it would be to heat up the big hot water tank

I love the area, it’s close to work & shops, good public transport. At times it can feel unsafe but that’s the nature of living close to a city!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve responded fairly fast, never had any issues so far.

I wish I knew how good the area was in terms of closeness to media city & the city centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tidy area with good spots for leisure nearby, Short stroll from major shops. Reasonably safe at all times. Nearby construction and distance from working bus stops are the major negatives.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problem with door closing poorly was fixed promptly once identified.

Challenges with transportation as no active bus stop less than 10mins away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability & costs is probably the only main downfall of the area. Parking is very limited and when somewhere is available it’s often pricey. Traffic noise can be quite loud at busy periods such as rush hour but only noticeable when windows are open. Transport links are a plenty in the area and as someone who uses public transport often I always have something to use.

Always responded and attended to any issues quickly

The wifi isn’t the best and a lot of companies don’t provide to this area
