Family Mosaic

Family Mosaic is a property developer who merged with Peabody in July 2017 and was itself formed of a merger between the Family Housing Association and the Mosaic Housing Association in 2006. As a result of the merger with Peabody, it now owns 55,000 homes spread across 29 London borough with over 2,000 homes in Sussex, Essex, Hampshire and Kent. Following its merger, all Family Mosaic properties with now be managed by Peabody. Mettle & Poise is a residential development by Family Mosaic in joint partnership with Rydon developers. It is located in Cambridge Heath and is next to Hackney City Farm. There are a total of 188 units at the development with a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments available. Cambridge Heath Rail station is only a nine-minute walk away with links to London Liverpool Street.
