Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall I would say it's very good. Tesco Local and Lidle are within walking distance. There is a lot of greenery in the area, which is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been responsible for resolving all issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The estate grounds etc could be better promoted. The estate was recommended by a friend who lives here, and I'm happy that I booked a viewing. If I based the ads on the pictures, it would have been unlikely that I would have booked a viewing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best aspects are the security, as it is a residency area the entrance to both pedestrians and cars is controlled, adding to that the numerous CCTVS inside the area, good neighborhood plenty of parking spaces. The bad aspects would be the lack of shops near the property, it is not possible to get some last minute groceries by walking. The nearest shop is at least 20 min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At the moment I did not have any issues ot problems to report.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before you move in, of you are not driving, always check the time it takes you to travel to your working place using public transport, also consider the traffic

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has good local amenities, is a short 15 minute commute to the city center via local public transport. Parking at browns green is good although dedicated spaces for tenants near there property would be a good idea I feel. On site security is added bonus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall very good. Did have maintenance issue that took some time to repair in my previous property. But was fixed and made good. All other issues sorted very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I needed to pay for repaint when I moved out. After changing the colour. It however does state this in tenancy agreement, my fault for not reading through this. Do feel the charge was rather high as property would need to be repainted anyway.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is not support if hot water or anything do not work over the weekend. I have to wait one however for the boiler to be ready to use the hot water every day and as a nurse, I come home late in the night and I often have to go back to work early 7 am back to work so having to wait that extra hour is not ideal but there is no other option. If I program the boiler to start at a specific time, it does not do it so I have to be there in the night and turn it on. Response during the week days are also very slow. Everything is electronic so if things do not work, I will have to find my own alternative way for at least the next 2 days. The security services is just useless because they just open the gate without making sure that whoever is coming is not dangerous. You just say a number and the name of the buildings and he let you in without checking with the person who live in the building is so and so can come in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really bad response, unsupportive and stressful. No understanding when needing support at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that services were this slow and
