European Land & Property are a property developer who currently manage the Merchant Square development and are based directly on the estate in London’s West End. It is currently developing the next phase of the development, which will include 1 Merchant Square, 2 Merchant Square and 3 Merchant Square. The company was founded in 1995 and mainly develops mixed-use spaces in London. Merchant Square is a European Land & Property development currently featured on HomeViews. The project includes residential, office and retail space properties and is currently occupied by nearly 10,000 workers and residents. Both Paddington and Edgware Road Stations are less than a 10-minute walk away from the development. There are also a number of bars, restaurants and street food vendors on the site. There is an on-site team at Merchant Square who oversee an annual events programme, which include fitness classes, movie nights, live music, sports screenings and seasonal events for Christmas, Easter and Halloween.
