1. When I receive the mailbox key, it is not the key that allows me to open the mailbox, I reported this via the APP (Arther), and never been resolved 2. If you experience any problem, the staff will tell you to report it via the APP, I reported an oven problem and NO ONE EVER replied or sent any help 3. Ridiculous parcel collection, limited collection time, they will send you a notification when reception receives any parcel for your flat. It was a HUGE disaster, I received a notification from Amazon that said delivered, but no notification from reception, and the staff was so confused and looked for the parcel for at least 20 minutes. It happened at least 5 times! 4. I was away for 32 days with no one staying in the room, just keeping the fridge running, Ecotricity (the electricity supplier) still charged me for the whole full month's electricity bill. 5. When I checked out in Feb, the landlord sent no one to check my room, 25 days later, the landlord claimed that I made damage to the room and charged me £345.80 for painting, cleaning, and resealing of the shower. Very bad service, if you live there, basically you are on your own, and the landlord and electricity supplier, work together to ROB YOUR MONEY.
