    Tech West Lofts - Convenient and nice apartments

    The design of the apartments are really nice and modern, it also has a courtyard which all residents have access to. It is really convenient that there is a bin room in the building and there is a cleaner who comes in daily to clean the reception and all communal spaces.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It is a great location in terms of transport links, acton central is only 9 minutes away and there are bus stops 2 minutes away that can get you to shepherds bush, east acton and ealing stations. There are also a lot of corner shops about a 3 minute walk away, including a post office.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been able to fix it, depending on the urgency of the issue, they showed up within 2-3 days

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Try to avoid living in the flats on the ground floor, close to the bin room because of odours from the bin room.

    The building is really nice to live in, the whole building is quiet too. They are no disturbances within the flats or building overall. I’ve lived here for quite a while and it’s been really lovely. There’s nothing I’d change about it. The building had a lot of children too and it’s relatively safe to live in!

    The area is quite packed, there are a lot of people walking on streets and traffic on the roads. My college is really close to here so that’s convenient, I also know the area and people really well. They’re friendly to get a long with.

    Someone broke into my flat and stole my bike but since then there have been cameras installed so security has improved. The building is internally well maintained but sometimes the building management doesn't respond to general problems as quickly as they could.

    Its a quiet area with close transport links although the tube station is fairly far away

    Theyre difficult to get hold of and dont always meet residents needs

    Modern flat not the best area

    The building doesn't look as modern on the outside as it does on the inside which may lower the appeal for people wanting to move in here but the interiors are very stylish and up to date. The only issue is i feel theres a lack of space and the design is not ideal. The lift has broken down once but maintenance was quick to respond.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There are lots of shops on the high street but not enough chains, especially good restaurants are hard to find. I like the amount of greenery we have in surrounding areas. The transport is inconvenient as the nearest tube station is over a 20 minute walk away and the overground is also quite far.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    The bathroom has very nice furnishings and great shower

    I’ve been living here with my partner for 2 years, she really loves the building and so do I. Everything has been dealt with perfectly for us. The boiler was broken a couple months ago, and the management brought someone over to fix it the next day! It really means a lot to us that they come and fix things quickly as I’ve dealt with other managements who aren’t as great with their management!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Station can be far but I’m very used to the walk now so it’s not a problem anymore. The area is quite safe but there isn’t much to do around here, we have to go into central.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I knew about the distance honestly but that would be all really. Nothing..

    Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

    I wish there was a balcony that would would really make everything better. Otherwise the property is perfect.
