The apartment so far has been great! I moved a week ago, with it being new and furnished and of great quality. Comes with an apartment which is an added bonus. A minor problem was that the fridge wasn’t working properly but the property managers are sorting that at the moment. The property management listen to my concerns and are quick to respond. Building the area with more residence so more up and coming. New build so lacks sense of community. There’s a complimentary gym which is amazing and use frequently, and a terrace at the top which is great for the summer.
Close access to the centre, very close to restaurants and bars. very close to where i work. Tesco’s express round the corner but i don’t enjoy shopping there, i travel further to get my groceries

The apartment is lovely: modern, very clean and comes with a balcony. The reception open 8am to 11am, deals with parcels that puts you parcel in secure boxes and notifies you. Rooftop lounge you can rent for parties. Very high security, very safe, can be inconvenient if you want to bring many friends.
great area, it’s quiet yet central. everything is nearby and a five minute walk away, including shops temple Mead train station and lots of bars and restaurants. the area is pretty safe also, with mainly recent developments and office blocks near the surrounding area
you have to manually open the ground floor door to let friends in, the annoying thing about security really
separate kitchen and living room, rather prefer it like that.
The flat itself is very modern with all the necessary appliances plus more. It’s beautiful with lots of sunlight coming in through the big windows even in dark winter months.The building management and review team are all very helpful. Finding this property was easy and they helped my transition into the tenancy go smoothly. Whenever there are issues or maintenance works to be done, they get dealt with quickly and properly.
I love the community, all of my neighbours are very friendly and quiet. There have never been any disturbances. I also love the locality which is my primary reason for choosing this flat. It’s a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all of my favourite bars and shops.

I personally would like a bigger living room space but I did have the option and chose the one I’m in so can’t complain
I really like the design and the location. Particularly I really like how secure the property is. I also appreciate the tranquil nature of the area, despite it being so central. I also really like living so neat most of my friends.
The bars and restaurants are amazing, particularly the variety in cusines
Better signposting, particularly towards my block as it confuses my friends.
