    Great location and amenities on site

    The flat has everything we need and is modern with good quality furnishings On-site staff are friendly and helpful However The flats are way too hot in the summer and would benefit from A/C. The windows are well insulated and reduces noise from outside but contributes to the heat. There is also an issue with seagulls roosting near by and are very loud. Over all it is a great place to live

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Excellent location and right in the heart of Bristol. Easy access to walks along the harbourside and local parks. 5 min walk into city centre shopping. Being close to the city centre can be noisy, particularly from the fire engine house nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, we had a leak in the ceiling which was resolved straight away. We have made complaints against other tenants smoking on balconies which is breaking their contracts but this hasn’t been addressed.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How hot the buildings get. Very uncomfortable to sleep in over summer

    The design of my apartment is flawed. My apartment does not have a window which will open. It does have a door to the balcony to allow for airflow. However, there is nothing to stop the door from swinging in the breeze into the window next to it which would break the window. This is a pain as one wall of the apartment is just a big window, turning the apartment into a greenhouse in the summer. It's nice and cosy in the winter though.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There is a good range of bars, restaurants and shops very close to and within the development, additionally we are very close to the centre of Bristol. However, there is quite a bit of anti-social behaviour. I've seen a good few fights.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been much quicker to address issues than any previous landlord I've had and they are very polite.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I was told during my viewing that the renovation of the building next door was almost done... That was two years ago and it's still going strong.

    I love how close it is both to my work and too my friends. I've made lots of friends already through the social areas available. I also like the restaurants and bars in the area. I also frequently use the on site gym which saves me time and money

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Great location, especially the proximity to the river. Dislike some of the building sites.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish somebody would've told me about the lack of parking spaces available.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    That is is literally a 5 minute walk from anything I need.

    The perfect place after a long day at work

    I really like how open and green the area is. I especially like the core of the river and the city I have from my balcony. I would like to see less building sites, but I'm sure in time I will and respect the work being done.

    I really like the facilities available, especially the option to use the common room. I've made lots of friends already from doing this. I'm also a big fan of the fact that it is dog friendly, as few in Bristol are.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I really like how close temple meads station is and how close it is to my work. I do sometimes find the area intimidating.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I was informed about the boat parities and the poor work from security.

    What is the best feature of your home:

    I really love how good all the appliances are and how open plan it is.
