If there was anything I could change, I would change the parking. We were only given 1 parking spot with the apartment and there is no places for us to apply for council parking or a permit.

The view of the riverside is wonderful and able fo keep my family boat at the pier.

The pub across the road csn get quite loud during the evenings and sometimes late into the night,

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

We were only given 1 parking spot with the apartment and there is no places for us to apply for council parking or a permit.

However, I dislike that the gas and electricity meter is so far from the flat as they make us travel from around the parking lot just to put it in the meter. Also as I’m on the fourth floor, in the summer time, that he goes to the ceiling and makes the room too hot.

There is nothing I wish I knew before moving here.

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s nice and spacious and there are some nice views of the river

I chose this development because it has a bigger second bedroom and commute into the city is short.

I like that it is convenient to commute in and out of London very easily.
i dislike that the amenities are average at best such as shops and options for restaurants and bars.

When we first moved in the service charge was ridiculously high and were not giving service that justified the price. I believe this was because one of the developers were on the board of directors so did not care to give the residents a fair service however it has definitely improved and we now get cleaners twice a week and the building is maintained well.

Why did you choose this development:

Bigger second bedroom and commute into the city is short.

There’s only one shop, the Co-op, quite expensive and not much variety.

Neighbours are good, pub is good (but central London prices), gym is good and directly on site.

Area is nice, quiet, peaceful, secure, well maintained. Cleaned every day.

One other issue is the smelly bin area.

Air conditioning is really nice, especially when it’s really hot, and kind of unusual, plus we have a big balcony.

Dislike is the regular airplanes flying low and noisy to city airport.

There’s only one shop, the Co-op, quite expensive and not much variety.

Neighbours are good, pub is good (but central London prices), gym is good and directly on site.

Area is nice, quiet, peaceful, secure, well maintained. Cleaned every day.
